Rules and Regulations

"School Norms"


1. Students must enter the school premises in complete uniform at designated time on school days. The deadline of entry for the morning shift is 8:00 am and for the day shift, it is 11:45 pm. No student will be permitted to enter the school premises after this time frame.


2. No student and guardian holds the right to preserve a seat for another student beforehand. The students will take seats on the bench depending on the time of their arrival and they don’t hold the right to occupy the seats already taken, evicting other students.


3. During school hours, no leave of the students will be granted except for emergency reasons. If a student remains absent in class, he/she must submit application to the Principal, mentioning the exact reason behind his/her absence.


4. All students must bring all required books, exercise books and other necessary items according to the class routine and lesson plan.


5. No student is permitted to carry mobile phones, toys, and money with them. Wearing gold ornaments is prohibited in class.


6. Male students must keep their hair short and female students must keep their hair in make one or two braids of hair, not keeping the hair loose. Female students are allowed to wear black hijabs, if they wish to.


7. Before leaving for school, tiffin must be provided to students. During tiffin period, guardians are discouraged to either enter or in front of the classrooms. Our teachers themselves will be providing necessary aid to students during that time.


8. Students must practice speaking in English in class.


9. Guardians must not stay inside or in front of classrooms. Guardians should remain at their designated place.


"Regulations regarding Tuition Fees"


1. Before paying the tuition fees, students' name, roll, grade, section and month's name must be written on the payment book correctly and in clear handwriting.


2. Tuition fees must be paid within the day 10 of every month during the working hours of the designated banks, Standard Islami Bank PLC for morning shift and UCBL Bank for day shift.


3. For newly admitted students, admission fees has to be paid only once during their attachment to the institute.


4. Session charge can be paid in one go or in three installments (1st installment in January, 2nd installment in March and 3rd installment in May).


5. Tuition fees of more than one month can be paid together in advance.


6. New payment book must be collected from office, if the old one gets lost.


7. The tuition fees of the months of November and December must be paid together in November.


8. Guardians' complete co-operation and sincerity in all kinds of activities and transactions of the institute is cordially expected.


"Notice regarding Examination"


1. In an academic year, two class tests and two final exams will be held (two exams will be held half-yearly and two annually).


2. Class tests will be of 20 marks and both the half-yearly and annual exams will be of 80 marks. The passing score for each subject is 40.

N.B: The passing score for the 50 marks’ exams is 20.


3. Class tests, half-yearly and annual exams will be taken according to the taught lessons based on syllabus. For the improvement of students' creativity, some creative questions will be given in exams.


4. Only the students who become unable to attend the class test due to sickness can submit application to the principal for a retake. If the application is granted, the concerned student will be suitable for attending a retake.


5. If a students fails to attend the half-yearly or annual exam, he/she will not get the opportunity to attend those exams for the second time. No application will be granted in this case.


6. Once issued, no exam routine will be changed except administrative exigencies.


7. For administrative exigenies, exam dates may fall on Saturdays, and morning shift’s exams may commence at the time period of the day shift and vice versa.


8. A student must pass in every subject to get promoted to the next grade/class. No promoted to the next grade will be given, if failed in a single subject.


9. Adopting unfair means in exam will result in rejection of exam and administrative measures will be taken.


10. On the report card, merit list of the students will be mentioned and students who get passed will get promoted to the next grade/class. It should be worthily noted that, students who remain absent in the class for the sake of admission tests will not be promoted to the next grade. No application will be granted in this regard.
